It is a hole-in-the-wall in the SGV. Great service. Very comfortable seating. Big parking lot shared with CVS pharmacy. We had the steaks, the curry, wonton noodles soup, fried rice and Singapore rice noodles. They were all good. Will come back and try more items from their simple menu. They also have afternoon tea specials 7 days a week !

Super cute little spot, it's small and can get pretty packed. Husband ordered the beef cubes with red rice. Super yummy, perfectly cooked beef and super flavorful. We ordered chicken wings with salted egg and it was umammmiiiiiliciousssss! Would definitely order this again. Waitress recommended this one because we were about to order the basic spicy salt wings. Glad we got this one instead because it was a hit! I ordered their chicken steak and instant noodles. This was simple and comforting. Would definitely come back and try some other items like their curry beef stew.

I always enjoy coming here with my family. The service is outstanding, and she always attends to us promptly, providing generous portions and offering special deals. There are plenty of food options, and both the lunch and breakfast menus have a great variety. The food is flavorful, with a delicious wok-cooked taste. I highly recommend this place!

I visited this spot for the first time and ordered the Singapore Fried Rice Noodles. The dish was pretty good--flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The Lemon Iced Tea was a pleasant surprise, fresh and much better than what I've had at other places. The service was excellent as well. All the waitresses and waiters were super nice and friendly, which made the dining experience enjoyable. The prices are also quite reasonable, especially for their lunch specials. I appreciated that they didn't skimp on portion sizes like some other places do for lunch specials. I'm definitely planning to come back and try more items from their menu!

We bumped into this restaurant as the neighboring one had a wait. We wanted a quick breakfast. When we walked in, it was not crowded and quickly got seated. I ordered the chicken steak with egg breakfast combo while my boyfriend ordered the beef congee with chow fun combo. The Yuen yeung was spot on. The breakfast came out quickly. The food was tasty but they left out the chow fun side order for the congee combo. The price is a little cheaper than other restaurants. It was a decent breakfast.

Passed by the area and stopped for lunch. This is a Macau/HK style cafe. It was relatively busy on a Sunday and they were a bit under staffed. We waited a bit for them to clean up the tables to seat us. However, the staff were friendly. They have lunch special items. Each entree on that lunch special menu comes with a free drink of milk tea or ice lemon tea. Ordered the Macau pork sandwich, taro toast, Macau baked pork rice, and stir fried beef rice noodle. The pork sandwich was ok. It was warm and the bread was the right amount of toastiness, but I wasn't too impressed. The two toast was tasty especially with the butter and syrup. I like that the taro filling wasn't too sweet so the syrup paired with it was perfect. I like the slightly crispy egg batter covering the toast. Baked pork rice was piping hot and I can taste the "fryness" of the pork still even though it was covered in the tomato (egg/cheese) sauce. The beef rice noodle was great and came with a lot of beef. I can totally taste the "wok hei," which is was lovely. Pricing was fair since it was lunch special and portion was generous. The baked pork rice was on the lunch special menu and I chose the hot milk tea for it. Overall, recommend!

I've known about Macao Cafe for a few months, as I love tracking when new Hong Kong cafes open in the area. I finally found an opportunity to try it with my family for brunch one day, so we stopped by. The restaurant is quite spacious, which is convenient as I have a child. The wait staff are very kind. The menus are printed on pieces of paper and are slightly disorganized, but that's ok. We ended up sharing two breakfast entrees - the grilled pork chop instant noodles and then the deep fried fish filet with eggs and toast. This restaurant allows you to have a cold drink with breakfast, so I got a cold iced tea, which was nice. The grilled pork chop was solid, but not amazing. The noodles were instant noodles and the broth was good. The eggs were fluffy, and the fish was cooked nicely and the fish was flaky. Overall it was a solid Hong Kong cafe in the area.
